---
Join dedicated FDRD volunteer, Charlotte Clarke, to visit a local ghost town near Breckenridge. We will use guides to study nails, glass, and check out a machine from 1872! This is a different tour than Charlotte has ever given, so if you have attended one before, feel free to sign up and learn something new and visit a new ghost town!
We will meet at the Gold Hill Trailhead in Breckenridge at 8:45 am and carpool up to the site from there. There will not be much hiking required, as we can drive to the site.
---
Our mountain weather can change from warm and dry to cold and wet in a hurry!
Suggested Things to Bring Include:
Hiking or walking shoes
Comfortable clothing - layers work well
Rain gear, hat, sunglasses
Sunscreen, insect repellent, emergency medications
Plenty of drinking water and snacks
Magnifying glass
An open mind brimming with questions for the tour guide
Pets and smoking are not permitted on this hike.
Event Registration is closed.
