Look closely at wildflowers and you will find a whole world of insects. Join Mark Rubash and FDRD as we explore the relationships between insects and plants in the Southern Rocky Mountains. This will be a 3 hour easy hike starting at the Old Dillon Reservoir Trail. 

Meet at the Old Dillon Reservoir trailhead off of the Dillon Dam Rd (here)

Our mountain weather can change from warm and dry to cold and wet in a hurry!

Suggested things to bring Include:

• Hiking or walking shoes
• Comfortable clothing - layers work well
• Rain gear, hat, sunglasses
• Sunscreen, insect repellent, emergency medications
• Plenty of drinking water and snacks

Pets and smoking are not permitted on this hike.
