Join Emily Griffoul, Conservation Scientist with Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, for an interpretive tour all about alpine wildflowers. She will share her expertise in the conservation of alpine wildflowers in Colorado as well as how you can get involved with the Alpine EcoFlora Project! We'll be hiking the Upper Straight Creek Trail, aka Divide Trail #9108. This trail can be fairly steep, and is always exposed.

We will meet at the Coon Hill trailhead on top of the Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnel (location here).

Our mountain weather can change from warm and dry to cold and wet in a hurry!
