Each year people all across the country unite on the first Saturday of June to recognize the importance of America's trails and the value they add to our lives.  Join us in celebrating  American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day^®. It’s the perfect opportunity to set off on a local trail with others in your community. Project work will include general trail tread improvements to the Salt Lick Trail System in Silverthorne.  Moderate work. Hiking distance 2-4 miles.  We are partnering with USFS on this project date. No trail experience necessary as there will be experts present to provide guidance and expertise.  Family friendly as well!

Meeting Location will be at the Salt Lick Trailhead (39.615666, -106.075000). Please try to carpool, take the bus, walk/bike to the trailhead if possible.
