Join Summit Naturalist Hike's Mark Rubash as we explore plants, pollinators, and other aspects of our unique mountain ecosystems!

This 3 hour hike at Mesa Cortina Trail will explore the plant world of both an aspen and spruce / fir forest and those of the high mountain meadows. We will learn how these plants reproduce, and especially the relationship between animal pollinators and the plants they pollinate.

Our mountain weather can change from warm and dry to cold and wet in a hurry!
